two color mini shuttle
Two color Mini Shuttle
  • It is electronically synchronised in small pad printing machine models like Kin Q 80, KIN E 100 and KIN C 90 .
  • It is a pneumatic driven shuttle used for two color printing.
  • This shuttle is used to move the product from first color head to the second color and back to home position. (1st color head)
  • It has a registration tolerance of +/-0 .02 mm, and a linear bearing shaft for smooth movement.

  • It can be electronically synchronized in larger pad printing machines like Kin Q 100, KIN Q 150, KIN E 150, Kin E 200, KIN C 140 P.
  • It is a pneumatic driven shuttle used for two/three/four color printing.
  • This shuttle is used to move the product from first color head to the second color and from second color to third color and from third color to fourth color and back to home position(1st color head)
  • It has a registration tolerance of +/-0 .02 mm, and a linear bearing shaft for smooth movement.





Two/Three/Four Color Pad Shuttle
  • It is a pneumatically driven shuttle used to shuttle the pad instead of the product.
  • Here the product is stationary and the pad shuttles while printing each color.i.e the pads pick up the matter from plate in single stroke but while printing each color gets printed individually as the pad shuttles from one position to another printing each color at a time as it moves on.

  • The rotary indexing table can be electronically synchronized with any of the pad printing machines.Even two - four machines
    can be synchronized on one rotary table.The table moves and indexes in a circular fashion.
  • It is either pneumatically driven or motorised, with an adjustable index speed.Its index stations are normally 4,6,8,12.
  • The motorized rotary indexing table can give very high speeds and accurate results.
  • It has an index accuracy of +/- 0.02 mm and the top plate diameters can vary depending on the product size
  • It can be attached with gas flame treatment, IR systems , auto loading and unloading systems.
  • The production per hour for the pneumatically operated rotary table is high compared to shuttle and normally gives an output of 1000-1200 impressions per hr.

Oval Indexing Table
  • This table has been built to handle anything from simple single colour jobs to four colour printing with equal precision.
  • It is pneumatically driven.It has a positive locking system below the printing station. It has a registartion tolerence of +/- 0.02mm, and a changeable indexing speed.
  • This indexing table moves in an oval fashion.It has 16 stations.
  • It can be attached with gas flame treatment, IR systems , auto loading and unloading systems.
  • The production per hour is quite high compared to shuttle and normally gives an output of 1200-1400 impressions per hr




linear indexing table
Linear Indexing Table
  • This type of indexing system is most popular and designed to be used with printing systems involving automation and can print anything from single - eight colors or more
  • It is pneumatically driven and has a positive locking system below the printing station. It has a registration tolerence of +/- 0.02mm, and a changeable indexing speed.
  • This indexing table moves in a linear fashion and can have fixtures ranging from 36-60.
  • It can be attached with gas flame treatment, IR systems , auto loading and unloading systems.
  • The production per hour is quite high compared to shuttle and normally gives an output of 1200-1500 impressions per hr.
  • With its double indexing feature it can even give output of 2000-2500 per hr for single to multi color designs also.

  • Rotary actuator is a round pneumatic table which moves 180 degrees from home position and again returns back to its position.
  • We can have one or two fixtures on opposite ends of the table. So totally we have two or four fixtures on the table.
  • The advantage is that you can use this machine for printing single color without time being wasted on loading and printing. Because when you load fixtures on one end, the other side is being printed and viceversa.

Working Table / Product Co Ordinate / Shuttle Co Ordinate / Machine Co Ordinate
  • Working table: Working table is used to move the product move up or down as much as required in
    reference to the machine.
  • Product Co Ordinate:Product Co Ordinate is used to set the product in X Y or angular axis with reference to the
    design on the etched plate. The product can be easily set as required with very minute accuracy on the table.
  • Shuttle Co Ordinate:Shuttle coordinate is also similar accept that it is kept below the 2/3 or 4 color shuttle and that it is used to set the shuttle in X Y angular axis rather than the product. It can be accurately set as required.
  • Machine Co Ordinate: Machine co ordinate is used to set the machine in X Y or angular setting with reference to the product or with refernce to the oval or linear or rotary indexing table. It is used when the product is big and cannot be moved easily or when the product is put on linear/oval/rotary table hence instead of moving the product, we can move the machine as accurately as required.




Pretreatment Systems

Gas Flame Treatment systems
  • For Certain materials like PP and HDPE, it is difficult for any ink to adhere to this material due to low surface tension of the material compared to ink. Hence These gas flame treatment systems are used online or offline on indexing table or conveyors for PP/HDPE material for pre heating them before printing to get good adhesion.It is just given some heat so that the ink molecules will bond with the PP/HDPE molecules by interlinking with each thus giving good bonding and adhesion.When given heat the surface tension of the material comes at par with the surface tension of the ink thus resulting in good bonding.




corona treatment
Corona Treatment
  • Carona systems are also used for pre treatment of PP material before it is printed to get proper adhesion. The difference is that it creates an electric discharge on the component .It is recommended over gas flame treatment as it leaves no marks and there are no chances of excess treatment and bonding is excellent.

  • Infrared curing systems are used online on linear indexing/oval/rotary indexing systems for post treatment of products after printing for quick curing and drying so that you do not have to stack or keep the printed products for drying thus increasing productivity and saving time , labor , money.
